Academy Zoho: comprehensive market research guide

ZOHO - market research
Last summer the Zoho Academy project was launched - an online self-study archive of educational content designed to help people (like you) improve their business. The goal of Zoho was to do more than give you the right tools and technology. After all, the right software certainly makes managing your business easier, more productive, and more efficient...but it can't teach you how to make the best business decisions.

But the Zoho team can. And so for all the questions that go beyond the use of technology, we want to help you find the answers.

In June, the content that was launched by Zoho included 9 e-books, which contained complete information on how to create, manage and maintain your business websites. Since then, we have added five books for those of you who are looking for a more practical, proactive approach. The books cover brand history, user paths, business logos, blog content and much more.
Academy ZOHO
Last week, Zoho released a new collection of materials, starting a series called "Marketing 101", which will cover a wide range of issues that are relevant to a different group of readers, no matter what business or industry you are in. The first e-book in the series is a comprehensive guide to market research. Zoho decided to take a narrative approach in this book, guiding the reader through the entire process of market research from start to finish. The guide includes:

  • introduction to the science of market research
  • SWOT overview
  • a step-by-step guide to conducting competitive research and a complete list of other secondary market resources
  • Primary research primer, including recommendations for selecting the best method and market segment for your marketing research.
  • best practice examples for powerful market research
  • recommendations on when to conduct interviews and gather focus groups for market research, how to prepare for them together with best practice examples

  • comprehensive introduction to observational research

Future eBooks in this 101 marketing series will cover developing brand positioning strategy, writing a marketing plan, creating email and social media marketing campaigns, and much more, so subscribe to our group to keep an eye on updates!
