Introducing a new widget Zoho Mail

We are already used to dealing with many tasks at once - work with different applications, jump from bookmark to bookmark in the browser, but this should not be the case. Thanks to new application features and new extensions, it's much easier to work online.

 Introducing eWidget in Zoho Mail - a widget that works with both Zoho and other applications. 

Thanks to the new widget you can directly from the e-mail client Zoho Mail to view information, work in different applications. The widget allows you to select the applications you use most often and move them to the top for convenience. Any actions made in the widget will be saved in the applications, which will ensure optimal productivity.

Smoother customer relationships 

It is very important to have good customer relations and Zoho Mail can help in this.

Thanks to the integration with Zoho CRM, you can access such information through the widget: contacts and contacts, tasks, notes, events, callbacks. Through the widget, you can select the line/contact to be contacted. If you have received an e-mail and the sender is not yet among your widgets, you can create a new widget without leaving the mail client.

No unanswered questions.

If your duties include processing, creating, and managing tickets, we suggest you try the extensions Zoho Desk and Zendesk. Right in the widget, you can create, find, edit, view, comment on tickets. If you receive an email for which you want to create a ticket, the contextual integration is especially convenient - when creating a ticket, the widget fills the corresponding fields with information from the email.

One task at a time.

Do I have to answer the letter? Shall I collect the presentation? Should I invite clients to a demo? Handling these tasks is much easier with the new widget.

Working is much easier when the work is broken down into projects and tasks, but tracking and managing tasks is another story. Here's where you need a project management tool. Open another table? Absolutely not! If you use Zoho Mail and Zoho Projects or Asana, you can do it all directly from the client. Browse through different projects and their tasks, use the search field to quickly find tasks, mark them as completed when the work is done. With the widget, this is all much easier.

New contacts

New acquaintances play an important role in business development, if you know more than just a person's e-mail, you can probably establish a reliable connection with them. If you use a contact management program like Clearbird or FullContact, the widget will automatically display your contact information in your email. These 2 platforms are available as extensions in the widget, to display the contact information of the lead or company. 

Simplified management of financial documents

When you receive an email from one of your customers, you may need to review all the details of your cooperation. The widget shows all contact details, invoices, settlements, orders directly in your mail client. This is possible thanks to integration with Zoho Finance Suit.

Your secrets are safe with Zoho Vault

You can get the data stored in Zoho Vault directly from the widget to Zoho Mail.

Create, edit and manage your passwords through a widget, also use the search box and filter to find the information you need and mark the information you want as your favorites.
